Site work for a municipal facility in Amherst, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Supply and Installation of Chain Link Fence - Upper Nappan Chain Link Fence: - Supply and install 226 ft. of 6' high galvanized industrial chain link fence complete with 1' of 3 strand barbed wire, 1 - 22' wide cantilever and 1 - 12' cantilever gate. - Gate/terminal posts to be dug and set in concrete with the remaining driven approximately 10' on center. Location: 1395 Blair Lake Rd, Upper Nappan NS. Work to be completed before December 20, 2023. Bidder must supply a certificate of good standing with the worker Compensation Board of Nova Scotia, and a valid insurance certificate showing at least $5,000,000 liability with the Municipality of Cumberland named under additional insured prior to the award of the work. Bidders may propose alternate materials for door and hardware. Proposed alternatives must be requested 5 days prior to close of tender. The Municipality is under no obligation to accept proposed alternatives. Alternatives may be considered if they improve cost, performance, delivery schedule, or any other reason deemed favorable to the Municipality. Issuing an Invitation implies no obligation on the Municipality of the County of Cumberland to accept any bid, or a portion of any Bid submitted. The lowest of any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
