Reference Number NB-01-2023-GAR Service New Brunswick, through its Strategic Procurement Branch, will coordinate the tendering process for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services on behalf of the Rural Community of SUNBURY-YORK SOUTH. a. The work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required to provide the waste removal services outlined in these specifications for the local government of Sunbury-York South (referred to as "the Rural Community" herein) and shall meet the requirements of the Owner's Representative. b. Territory and house count: Prior to submitting a bid for this contract, all interested bidders (including the incumbent Contractor) should acquire a copy of the maps showing the territory concerned. Maps are available as an attachment to this tender named "Appendix B". Should the Contractor deem it necessary to have a house count, it is his responsibility to do his own residential count as no house count will be provided by the rural community office.
