All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the assigned Procurement Agent, Reginald Starling, purchasing@sandyspringsga.gov. Provide the necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies to perform underground locating and marking services, as necessary, to comply with O.C.G.A. 25-9, the Georgia Utility Facility Protection Act, and all subsections, and PSC Subject 515-9-4, Enforcement Procedures Under the Georgia Utility Facility Protection Act, and all subsections, for all underground fiber, electric service lines, traffic signal cables, and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure owned by the City of Sandy Springs (COSS). Period and Terms of Contractual Agreement: The selected firms will enter into a contractual service agreement with the City of Sandy Springs (COSS) to cover the proposed scope of work. The service contract term is for an initial one (1) year period with four (4) optional one (1) year extensions.
