Mid-County Senior Center - Roof Replacement. All conditions and requirements for Quote/Bid submission, consideration, and award including S/M/WBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Invitation for Quote/Bid, which will be available Palm Beach County Reserves the Right to Waive Any Bid Irregularities, Informalities, or Technical Deficiencies and to Reject Any and All Quotes/bids. The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 calendar days before the Quote/Bid Due Date in order for its quote/bid to be considered. The work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Roofing assupplemented by this Invitation for Quote/Bid. You must attend this meeting if you intend to bid this work. Questions must be e-mailed to FDO-CID-Bids@pbcgov.org at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Only questions received in writing will be responded to regarding this Invitation for Quote/Bid. To replace the roof per the project requirements provided below: a. Remove existing roofing system and install a new Englert Standing Seam - Snap Lock Metal Roof System or Palm Beach County (PBC) approved equivalent. b.
