The Board of Cooperative Educational Services of Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga Counties, hereinafter referred to as "Capital Region BOCES", or "BOCES", officially distributes bidding documents through the Capital Region BOCES Purchasing Department Office or through BidNet Direct's Empire State Purchasing Group website INTRODUCTION 2.1 The intent of these Specifications is to furnish information to responsible Bidders for the purpose of obtaining bids for the interior reconstruction work and associated / additional mechanical and electrical improvements at Schoharie CTE. 2.2 Complete sets of the Bidding Documents may be obtained or examined as stated in the Notice to Bidders. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids. Capital Region BOCES does not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. 2.3 Capital Region BOCES reserves the right to reject any or all Bids in whole or in part, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids. Questions regarding this bid will be received until 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
