Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for monthly service and emergent repairs of a Therapy Pool located at the Dallas VA. This will be a base plus four (4) Option Year (OY) contract with an anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) of: Base Period: 01/15/2024 to 01/14/2025 Option Year 1: 01/15/2025 to 01/14/2026 Option Year 2: 01/15/2026 to 01/14/2027 Option Year 3: 01/15/2027 to 01/14/2028 Option Year 4: 01/15/2028 to 01/14/2029 This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous and best value to the Government based upon a comparative analysis of the evaluation factors described in the RFQ. The SCI Aquatic Therapy Pool requires treatment to maintain a healthy and safe environment of patients and staff. The contractor shall provide all chemicals, containers, pumps, probes, controllers and testing reagents to maintain the SCI Aquatic Therapy Pool within operating parameters. The contractor will maintain the pool operating equipment including filtration systems and the moveable floor. The pool is a 55,000-gallon pool with a moveable floor. This is a competitive best value selection in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Site Visit: A site visit is coordinated for December 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM CST. This is the only site visit that will be available to verify the requirements of this RFQ.
