**As of December 6th, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Willow Street Curb Ramp and Sidewalk Improvements Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the installation of seven ADA compliant curb ramps and concrete crosswalks between these curb ramps. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. Clarification Deadline: 11/21/2023 11:59 PM
