Site work for a water / sewer project in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Per Addendum 2 the bid date has been extended from 12/05/23 to 12/06/23** This project shall include a multiple step process to refurbish all vertical sand filter tanks located throughout all three of the Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission's water parks. The project will include the removal of sand, inspection of tanks, repair, and paint, followed by refilling with new, clean sand as specified. Workspace may be small and confined. Filtration tank information for each water park is provided in Attachment 2, 3 and 4. This project includes Whirlin' Waters at Wannamaker County Park, Splash Zone at James Island County Park, and Splash Island at Palmetto Islands County Park. All questions pertaining to the bid documents shall be referred to by email prcprocurement@ccprc.com. The last day and time for submittal of written questions shall be no later than 2:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday, November 21, 2023. Any interpretation, correction or change of the IFB documents will be made by addendum. It is your responsibility to monitor the Procurement website at www.ccprc.com for any additional information, revisions, or addenda that may be posted.
