The City invites bids from qualified Suppliers for the preventative and demand maintenance for plumbing services to perform repairs and potential capital upgrade works to various plumbing infrastructure located in various facilities within Mississauga, ON. The successful Bidder shall provide a range of services, which may include, but are not limited to: - Preventive maintenance for backflow preventers, cross connection surveys, preventive maintenance for grinder pumps - General repairs and maintenance to various plumbing fixtures - Supply and installation of new fixtures, drains, water lines and sanitary lines - Drain cleaning and inspections - Sump pump repairs and installation - Backflow preventer replacement and repairs - Lift stations repairs/service - Hydronic heating service - Water heater repair/Service - Underground services - Fountain repair services - All other plumbing services deemed necessary by the City.
