**Per Addendum 2 the bid date has been extended from 11/29/23 to 12/06/23** Construction of a new 670 gpm booster pump station located at the intersection of Sarratt School Rd and Little Egypt Rd. in Gaffney, SC. Construction of approximately 18,600 linear feet of new 12-inch finished water transmission main along Love Springs Road, Beaver Ridge Road, and Beaver Dam Road to serve the new Love Springs Pump Station. This is a SCIIP funded project. The construction of a new 670 gallon per minute (gpm) booster pump station located at the intersection of Sarratt School Road and Little Egypt Road in Gaffney, SC. Construction for the Love Springs Pump Station facility will include two (2) 670 gpm horizontal split-case centrifugal pumps (1 duty, 1 standby), adjustable frequency drives, a standby enginegenerator, all associated piping and appurtenances required for operation, and all necessary sitework and erosion control. Construction of approximately 18,600 linear feet of new 12-inch finished water transmission main along Love Springs Road, Beaver Ridge Road, and Beaver Dam Road to serve the new Love Springs Pump Station. Construction of the new finished water transmission main will include isolation valves, fire hydrants, blow-off valves, a horizontal directional drill (HDD) crossing below Thicketty Creek, sitework, and erosion control. Construction will also include modifications to the existing Love Springs Road PRV vault, installation of a new Little Egypt Road PRV vault, and installation of a new South Green River Road PRV vault. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $4,000,000 - $5,000,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. available after October 23, 2023.
