The scope of this tender is for the supply of all labour and equipment required to provide winter maintenance to the entrance, fire lane and parking lots at the East Elgin Community Complex for the 2023-2024 season. Winter maintenance includes snow plowing, sanding, and salting. The work is weather dependent with no guarantees for weekly work. The goal is to provide winter maintenance to a level that provides a reasonable standard of care for the users. The Town of Aylmer is seeking to enter into a service agreement for the 2023- 2024 winter maintenance season terminating on April 30, 2024. Upon mutual agreement by the Town and contractor and approval by the Council the contract may be extended for an additional one-year term until April 30, 2025.
