Site work for a water / sewer project in Twinsburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work for this project generally includes application of a structural and corrosion resistant liner to ten sanitary sewer manholes along Glenwood Drive. Contractor shall visit the site to view existing conditions and base their bid accordingly. Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor No Pre-bid requests for clarification of various contract specifications for this project should be submitted through E-Mail to pjeffers@twinsburg.oh.us no later than four business days prior to the bid opening to be reviewed and responded to. Project Completion Date: 30 Days After Proposal must contain the full name of every person, firm or corporation interested in the bid and be accompanied by a surety bond, certified check or cashiers check on a solvent bank in the sum equal to ten percent (10%) of amount bid, payable to the City of Twinsburg as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The right is reserved by the City of Twinsburg to reject any and all bids.
