Description

Site work and new construction of a medical facility in San Andreas, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The County of Calaveras (County) is soliciting proposals from independent, licensed, professional consultant firms with expertise in administration and construction management services for Construction Management of the New Behavioral Health Building. The site for this project is located at 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas. The ideal Consultant shall also have experience working with, or in, a County of local government agency to provide professional construction management, including but not limited to daily inspection, survey quality control, environmental monitoring coordination, and administrative services during construction. It is expected that the ideal Consultant shall represent the County and the Countys interests at all times while managing the project with minimal guidance from the County. It is the intent of the County to select the most qualified firm to provide the professional services described herein. However, the County reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Requests for Proposals (RFP) process or negotiation with a selected firm and either perform the work with its staff or begin a new Consultant selection process.
