Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A. The purpose of this project is the installation of 8-inch gravity sewer line ahead of paving of Kline Avenue from 100th Street to 103rd Street. B. Major work items are: (1) Construction of 1400lf of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe. (2) Installation of seven sanitary sewer manholes. C. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required for the complete construction of the work as shown on the drawings and specified herein. D. All work shall be performed in accordance with the most recent City of Lubbock Design Standards for Water and Sanitary Sewer construction. E. A maximum of 500 feet of trench open at a time.
