Lake Elmo West End Connection Extension of the 1-WO-500 gravity interceptor from its current terminus in the northeast quadrant of the I-694/94 interchange east along the north side of I-94 to Inwood Avenue (the corporate boundary for Lake Elmo). The work also includes the replacement of the existing crossing of 1-WO-500 under I-94. The interceptor will be installed by microtunneling and open trench excavation. The MCUB participation goal for this contract is 10
