Residential Solid Waste Carts No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days from the date of the opening. Purchase orders will be issued only after approved by the Sparta Board of Mayor and Aidermen. The City of Sparta reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid, to make awards to more than one vendor, to accept any part or all of a bid, or to accept that bid, (or bids) which in the judgment of the Board of Mayor and Aiderman of the City of Sparta is in the best interest of the City. Containers shall meet the following minimum specifications: Model 79296 - Toter 96 Gallon EVR II Universial/Nestable Cart Body Color must be Green (940) Lid Color must be Black (200) Customer Serial Number to be Hot Stamped on front of cart body in White Serial number to start with : A003200 City Logo to be Hot Stamped on both side of cart in White Wheels Assembled with Lid, Stop Bar and Axel from factory
