Project Locations: Johnson Park Elementary School 285 Rosedale Road, Princeton, Nj 08540, Riverside Elementary School 58 Riverside Drive, Princeton, Nj 08540 COMMUNITY PARK (CP) 21-4255-110-22-1000 JOHNSON PARK (JP) 21-4255-070-22-1000 LITTLE BROOK (LB) 21-4255-080-22-1000 RIVERSIDE (RS)21-4255-090-22-1000 The bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following trade(s): C008 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION orC009 GENERAL CONSTRUCTION/ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any minor informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law, if it is in the best interest of the Owner. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
