The building has an existing life-safety diesel generator which needs replacement due to failing components. The replacement components are not readily available and therefore TCHC seeks a vendor to replace this generator with a new unit. The new unit will add additional loads onto the life safety loads (sustained occupancy loads) and will be a natural gas unit. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of a Sustained-Occupancy Natural Gas Generator Installation at 801 Mt Pleasant Rd. TCHC will be awarding the project the highest scored Proposal.
