This sum is agreed upon by both parties and is hereby set at $1,148 per day for each day of delay beyond the agreed-upon completion date. The Contractor shall be liable for the payment of liquidated damages within 30 days after receiving a written notice from the City specifying the total amount of liquidated damages due.
