A plumbing contractor to waterproof building interior foundation to include but not limited to the following three (3) floor drainage system, Install three (3) new covered sump pumps liners and three (3) sump pumps with exterior discharge, electrical connections for sump pumps, drywall removal and replacement, vapor barrier installation, and seal basement windows. Work shall be completed following industry standards within sixty (60) days of award and notice to proceed.
