Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project includes but is not limited to, the construction of a 3,328 sf pool building, a 5,699 sf pool, new pool deck and splash pad area, multi-purpose pinto league and soccer field with associated bleachers and canopies, tennis courts, basketball courts, new plazas, and new walkways to connect all programmed areas within the park and associated site work on-and off-site. Trades required include: pavement removal and replacement, structural concrete, site concrete, masonry, stone veneer, structural steel, misc. metals, wood trusses, millwork, solid surface shower wall panel and shower receptors, waterproofing, insulation, metal roof, joint sealants, doors & frames, windows glazing & storefront, finish hardware, louvers, framing, drywall & plaster, resinous flooring, painting, signage, plastic toilet partitions and accessories, fire extinguishers, plastic lockers, exterior fitness equipment, bleachers, court surfacing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sports lighting, communications, fire alarm, earthwork, paving, artificial turf, playground surfacing, fencing & gates, landscape and irrigation, tree relocation and site utilities.
