Sealed bids for LFSD LAKE FOREST HIGH SCHOOL ROOF RENOVATION, will be received by the Lake Forest School District, by either electronic mail or by mail. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "LFSD LAKE FOREST HIGH SCHOOL ROOF RENOVATION - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN." Bidder bears the risk of late delivery. Any bids received after the stated time whether by mail or electronic mail will be rejected and the mailed bids will be returned unopened. Project involves a roof recover, base bid, of approximately 28,640 s.f. of EPDM roof system. In addition, there are several ALTERNATES totaling approximately 48,000 s.f. of EPDM roof recovery system. The entire project will receive new metal coping, gutters & downspouts as noted on the drawings.
