The delivery period is from December 4 , 2023 to March 31, 2024 . The Municipalities do not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received or opened, nor to pay any fees. It undertakes no obligation of any kind towards the bidder(s). Therefore, the bidder is informed that following the opening of bids, one of them may withdraw from the call for tenders if the price submitted by the bidder exceeds the estimate by 15%. of the cost of its work. This call for tenders is subject to the Municipal Contract Management Policies.
