Site work for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
Remove eight (8) 30-inch diameter steel piles from water at 3301 Ruston Way, contractor responsible to dispose/surplus piles. Estimate: $75,000 Requests for information regarding the specifications may be obtained by contacting Brandon Snow, Senior Buyer by email to bsnow@cityoftacoma.org. The Work includes, but not limited to, the following tasks at the City of Tacoma's Maritime Operations Security Center (Facility) as described below: 1. Removal and disposal of eight (8) existing 30-inch diameter steel piles 2. Performing any other work not covered in the Contract Drawings and Specifications in accordance with applicable references standards.
