Site work for a road / highway in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to; removal of all existing California Avenue, Ventura Avenue, Kings Canyon Road and other side street signs. The removed signs will be replaced in-kind using the new street name designation of Cesar Chavez Boulevard or their corresponding side street name. A Bid Deposit, which can be provided separately, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Net Bid Amount (or, in bids with Add Alternates, the highest possible combination of the Base Bid plus Add Alternates) in the form of a certified or cashier s check, Contractor may substitute securities for any monies withheld by City to ensure performance under the Contract. A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works contracts must be filed with the Contract Documents and approved by the City before the Contractor enters upon performance of the Work. licensed with a valid Class A, C-10 or C-45 Contractors License issued by the State of California The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
