Aurora Water is requesting written proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the design of the Rampart Delivery System Expansion, Phase 1A. Please refer to the above exhibits for alignment and location of new pipeline including new outlet works modification for the third pipeline and modification to existing Intertie 1. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City
