Renovation of an educational facility in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of January 09, 2024, project was awarded to Outdoor Aluminum Inc but awarded amount is not available.** **Bid documents must be obtained directly from the Architect** Bid for material and installation of an angle frame, welded deck bleacher construction to be installed on concrete slab with 8' x 18' press box on foundation as noted on drawings. Work shall include purchase and installation of bleachers and press box only. All foundation and concrete slab work shall be under a separate contract and not part of this pricing. Grouting of bearing plates to slab will be responsibility of bleacher installer. Installation Work to begin in September 2024 and be completed by November 15, 2024. ALTERNATE #1: Purchase and installation of 53 Venue 1 Flip-up Seats per field (3 total sets)
