On demand Overhead Garage Door Services as needed for HACC residential units and various Administration. Units are scattered throughout Clackamas County from Estacada to Wilsonville. Bid prices below shall be good for a period of up to 365 days / ONE (1) year. Bid is to include all material, travel time, labor and permits, as required to perform said work. In submitting this bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County to reject any and all bids. No minimum workload is guaranteed by HACC. Attached to this bid package is a form called Maintenance Wage Rate Determination - Non Routine Maintenance. These wage rates (Basic Wage plus Fringe Wage) that are applicable to this project shall be paid by the contractor to the employee(s) working only on HACC properties/projects. These wage rates (Basic Wage plus Fringe Wage) shall be included in the pricing above on labor/install type work.
