Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Granite School District (GSD) is requesting the services of a General Contractor (B100) or Automatic Entrance Door System Contractor for replacement of existing entrance door systems in four (4) vestibules at the Granite Education Center, 2500 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. Work shall include, but is not limited to: Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of existing entrance systems. Furnish and install new automatic entrance systems as described in the Drawings and Specifications; Modifications to existing conditions as required to install new entrances; Contractor shall perform as Prime Contractor and include all necessary trades/subcontractors for complete demolition and installation of new entrances. The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond, with the bid, for a total bid amount that is $50,000.00 or greater. Refer to instructions contained in the solicitation documents on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Failure to submit a Bid Bond will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive Question Submission Close Date 11/13/2023 2:00 PM MST. All questions must be submitted via electronically. Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements.
