Reference Number 0000333666 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/17/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Technical Questions regarding this Request for Proposals shall be addressed to Priyanvada Mahalekame, Project Manager via email at pmahalek@auroragov.org AND Nathan Jones, Contract Administrator, via email at njones@auroragov.org. This project will develop a comprehensive 10-year implementation plan to identify different project phases for the complete development of the Everist Reservoir Complex by 2035. The work will include identifying necessary repairs, and/or upgrades to the existing infrastructure, and the planning of phased development of infrastructure to connect undeveloped cells into the system to achieve a fully functional Everist Reservoir Complex. Table 1 gives the capacity and the status of all 10 cells. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
