Reference Number 0000333748 General Construction services for 2024 Accessibility Improvements at Future Forward @ Bollman. Contractor and subcontractors shall work collaboratively with the District, Designer, and other key stakeholders to plan the work so as to minimize disruptions to the facility. Suggested window for construction work is May 2024 through August 2024. Options for early work activities and/or phasing should be explored, if feasible. Offeror's proposed schedule will be considered as part of evaluation (see Evaluating Criterion #6.3.1). Adams 12 Five Star Schools contracted with Cuningham Group Architecture, Inc. for design, construction documents and construction administration. See Project Manual dated October 10, 2023 and Construction Drawings dated October 10, 2023. These documents are included in the RFP.
