The existing storm drainage on the course mostly consists of an extensive network on the front nine holes and a large outfall along holes 10 and 11 collecting portions of the adjacent Beverly Hills community. Runoff is conveyed through the front nine holes to the intersection of Fairway Drive and Swannanoa River Road and ultimately discharges to the Swannanoa River. In lieu of said money, the bidder can submit a bid bond executed by a corporate surety licensed in North Carolina to execute said bonds.
