Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. Title VI Statement Clark County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. There are approximately one hundred twenty (120) window blinds of various sizes that need to removed and replaced. The work take place on the Ground, 2nd , 3rd , 4th and 5th floors of the Clark County Courthouse. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for this project.
