Shortlist Confirmed The District's Contract Bond Estimate is $6,079,000. ADA Barrier Removal throughout campus Buildings and Grounds (refer to construction drawings and specifications DSA approved 07/05/202, which includes but not limited to: Replacement of concrete and asphalt walkways and the integration of new concrete ramps and handrails into walkways across campus; replacement of doors, door frames and/or door hardware; modification and/or reconfiguration of multiple student and staff restrooms; remodeling of existing showers and lockers in Gymnasium building; replacement (includes abatement) of VCT floors, ceramic wall and floor tiles; CFCI TMP ramps; CFCI Wheelchair lifts; modification to existing casework, casework with sinks and service counters; exterior and interior drinking fountains; relocation and testing of fire alarm devices; signage; restriping at existing ADA parking. In accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code section 3300, OWNER has determined that the CONTRACTOR performing this project must hold the following license as the prime contractor: B - General Building Contractor. A prime CONTRACTOR self-performing any of the following specialty trades must also hold the required specialty license: Includes but not limited to C7 - Low Voltage Systems, C10 - Electrical, C16 - Fire Protection, C22 - Asbestos Abatement and C36 - Plumbing. The District also reserves certain rights, including, but not limited to, the following: Reject any or all of the responses to the RFQ. Revise and/or cancel the RFQ.
