Completion Date: March 28, 2025 The Project consists of construction of a new iconic 124 ft cab floor height Airport Traffic Control Tower located close to the existing Control Tower and includes the demolition of the existing Control Tower. The scope of work generally includes construction of a precast structure with steel framed exterior enhancements and a steel framed cab founded on a deep foundation, all systems and finishes, removal of existing pavement, earthwork, construction of asphaltic concrete pavement, installation of stormwater pipe, water and sewer piping, electrical and communications infrastructure, existing tower demolition and site restoration as shown in the plans and indicated in the specifications.
