The Contractor agrees to perform the services described in the Contract Documents, more particularly described in the Scope of Services included with the Invitation to Bid. The primary purpose of the Work is to provide cleaning services of wet wells, storage tanks, and sanitary piping as well as the disposal of waste materials removed. Arlington County reserves the right to add or remove locations as needed throughout the term of this contract. The Contract Documents set forth the minimum work estimated by the County and the Contractor to be necessary to complete the Work. It will be the Contractor's responsibility, at its sole cost, to provide the services set forth in the Contract Documents and sufficient services to fulfill the purposes of the Work. Nothing in the Contract Documents limits the Contractor's responsibility to manage the details and execution of the Work. Question Deadline 01/10/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution.
