The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, incidentals, and anything else required to clean the VSP location(s) listed above, except for the following items which are provided by VSP: rolled paper towels, tri-fold paper towels, plastic trash can liners, toilet tissue and hand soap. VSP will not furnish any equipment or cleaning supplies. Period of Performance: From Date of Award for a period of one (1) year (Renewable). The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such bidder/offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
