Alternate Bid A - Installation of approximately 354 LF of 8-inch C-909 water main and related appurtenances. The Project has an expected of 150 calendar days for substantial completion. Bid Penal Sum: 5% of the total bid amount Owner reserves the right to reject any or all , including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional .
