Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all else necessary to construct properly all of the improvements within the improvement generally designated Water Tower Maintenance , Sanitary and Improvement District No. 79 of Sarpy County, Nebraska MEADOW OAKS. In the presence of all bidders, and consider the bids received for the furnishing of such labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the proper construction of such improvements. The extent of the work consists of the construction or other effectuation of the items listed below and other related preparatory and subsidiary work from issuance of the Notice to Proceed: ITEM NO. Payment for the balance retained will be issued by the Owner upon completion of the work and approval thereof by the Owner's Engineer, City or Governmental approval when necessary, and acceptance by the Owner. Contractor must give 24-hour notice to Engineer when picking up paper sets. Each bid shall be accompanied, in a separate sealed envelope, by a certified or bank check drawn on a bank whose deposits are insured by the F.D.I.C. or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of $3,000.00 and shall be payable without condition to SANITARY AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 79 OF SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will execute the contract and provide an acceptable Contract Bond from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price.
