Reference Number 0000336746 The Rockland County Sewer District #1 has a current need for removal, replacement and disposal of media from Absorbers located at the Twin Lake Pump Station at 55 South Monsey Road, Monsey, NY 10952. Bidder must supply PureAir Sulfur Absorb XL and Polishing Media Pure Air 8 or approved equal. This contract is subject to New York State Labor Law 220, Article 8 Prevailing wages. The Contractor shall submit with, each invoice, certified payrolls for all labor. Submission of Certified Payroll with invoice is a condition of payment. This bid also covers hourly rates and parts for additional repair work as needed. All repairs must be approved by the Sewer District in writing.
