Renovation of a municipal facility in Sacramento, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Per the owner, as of November 22, 2024, this will be a design, bid, build project. A design team has been selected. The owner states that the construction date has yet to be determined but may be known by February 1, 2025. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .......... Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the Preliminary Plans, Working Drawing and Construction Administration Phases of the above project. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The estimated cost of construction for the project is $16,508,300.00. The estimated duration of this contract will be 5 years. All technical questions should be directed to Art Iwasa, Project Director, at 916-376-1737, or Art.Iwasa@dgs.ca.gov. Hard copy Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be submitted by the deadline at the location below. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
