Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Vernal, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The following are Mandatory Minimum Requirements that MUST be met or exceeded, and be specifically addressed or referenced in the submitted proposal to be eligible for consideration. If the following bullet points are not addressed, the offeror will be considered non-responsive. The offeror must measure square footage for proposal calculations. Must use a high-quality scuff-resistant paint. Must have a plan to mask and tape to ensure nothing is damaged and that lines are crisp. Must provide a minimum of 2 (two) coats of paint. Must have a plan to sand current door surfaces to ensure even coat of paint. Doors must be painted with 2 (two) coats of PPG-HPC industrial Alkyd gloss paint on both sides. Concession doors must be properly masked and prepped with 2 (two) coats of paint applied to each side. The Hallway and Foyer walls will have a new texture and will need to be primed. Proposals received by this deadline will be opened, at the regularly scheduled County Commission work session meeting on Monday, November 6th 2023.
