Renovation of a multi-residential development in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. This project includes the replacement of the existing elevators and the upgrading of the cooling and heating systems for the elevator penthouse. Selective demolition of existing systems shall be required. This work includes the installation of a new split DX heat pump for the two levels, a damper for the combustion air louver and associated controls. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the Somerville Housing Authority.
