Site work and renovation of a civil project in Ritzville, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes construction of the Well 8R Pump Station. Major elements of work generally include: 22'x28' wood frame building with metal roof and siding with a 12'x11' removable section 700 HP open line shaft water lubricated vertical turbine well pump with 2,000 gpm capacity Site work, site piping and pump station piping Electrical, soft starter and related controls Pumping system startup and testing Other related items All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. For other requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders and other documents that are included in the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
