You are invited to review and respond to this Department of State Hospitals (DSH) - Atascadero solicitation. The DSH is seeking bids for a contractor to perform Elevator PM and Repair. Description of Services/Background: 1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with Elevator Maintenance, Inspections and Repair Services 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. Bidder must provide a copy of current Contractors State License, C-11-Elevator Contractor, issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board.
