As of December 20, 2023, project was awarded to Mobile Modular Management Corporation, but awarded amount is not available. The City of Shawnee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals without assigning reason thereof and to waive any technicalities in the bid process. No proposals may be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within 90 days after the date set for the opening of the sealed bids. All proposals received past 4 p.m. shall be returned unopened. Firms or companies desiring to provide services, as described in the Scope of Work, shall submit one (1) original complete physical sealed proposal in blue ink and one (1) electronic copy on a USB device in a sealed envelope. The outside of the proposal envelope should be clearly marked with the project name "2023-1010 Temporary Airport Terminal Facility" as well as the name and address of respondent. The Request for Sealed Proposal documents may be examined at: City Clerk's Office, at the address listed. All questions regarding this sealed proposal request must be submitted in writing or by email to the City of Shawnee, Attention: Asst. City Manager, Danny Vise, Jr. (danny.vise@shawneeok.org) no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST), on November 13, 2023. The City may issue an addendum to the Request for Proposals for distribution to all known prospective respondents.
