The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking to solicit responses from Qualified Bidders for snow removal at the State Laboratory at 8100 Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230. Single point of contact for this Solicitation is Kristi Gamble, Purchasing Agent. Email kristi.gamble@state.co.us Description of Services The successful Bidder shall: A. Perform snow removal from sidewalks at accumulation of two (2) inches. B. Apply ice melt after sidewalks are cleared. C. Perform snow plowing services at an accumulation of two (2) inches. D. Remove snow from parking areas and drive lanes into designated areas. E. Apply De-Icing application after plowing is completed on paved areas. F. If snow falls during business hours (6:00 am - 12:00 am), Bidder shall clear drive lanes and handicap stalls then return after business hours to complete full plow and ice control. G. Have capability to perform snow removal services seven (7) days per week including holidays. Prospective Bidder's Written Inquiry deadline.
