Air Conditioning and Water Treatment Maintenance Services for Various County Buildings. Bid/offer Form Must Be Downloaded, Filled Out, Signed, and Uploaded With Your Bid Submission. This offer calls for the providing of Air Conditioning and Water Treatment Maintenance Service for Various County Buildings in Wailuku, County of Maui, for the remainder of FY24 from November 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023 with an option to renew the contract 3 consecutive years for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027. 2. Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and other applicable charges, and shall be NET to the County, for FY24 only. At the end of each fiscal year up to and including FY27, the County and selected vendor must mutually agree upon the same prices and terms for the new fiscal year. If terms and prices cannot be agreed upon, the County reserves the right to send out invitations to bid. 3. Services rendered shall comply with current hourly rates referred to in Section 103-55(a), HRS. 4. Bidder shall submit the signed and completed offer form through the Public Purchase website 5. All bids must be submitted through the Public Purchase website. All bids will be encrypted until the hour of bid opening. The County of Maui will not be responsible in any way for errors in transmission or failure to receive the bid by the deadline due to vendor error. 6. A purchase order shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, based on the lowest TOTAL FOR COMPARISON OF BID (SUM ALL ITEMS 1 THROUGH 17). Failure to list a price for each line item on the offer form may be grounds for rejection of bid. Incomplete, conditional, or irregular bids will be rejected. In case of identical low offers, tied bidders shall be asked to submit final and best offers. 7. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive any minor or inadvertent discrepancy in the bid documents. 9. Whenever there is a mathematical error, the unit price shall govern. 10. A bid bond and performance bond shall not be required. 11.
