The Pease Development Authority ("PDA") invites bids from qualified fence contractors to provide On-Call Chain-Link Fence Installation and Repairs for some present needs, and on an as needed basis for properties under its management in Portsmouth, Newington, Rochester, Rye, and Hampton, New Hampshire. Prospective contractors must be fully insured by meeting the minimum requirements specified in the bid documents, have a current registration with the Office of the NH Secretary of State, and be able to provide a certificate of good standing. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount for bid security. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit responses to this advertisement. PDA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of hereby notifies all offerors that it will affirmatively ensure no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award. No contractor may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days following the opening.
