November 20, 2023 Deadline for requests for clarifications/questions Gilmer County Board of Commissioners (herein referred to as Client) is seeking a Contractor to provide new trail construction at the Ridgeway Recreation Area, Carters Lake. The work site included in this project is located at 2362 Hap Holt Rd, Ellijay, GA, west of the boat ramp access road and and south of Hap Holt (old campground access) road. The job site can be accessed by both roads. These roads are paved. Each sealed bid must be submitted by email with a subject line Carters Lake Mountain Bike Trail Ridgeway Recreation Area Phase 1 to: Terry Palmeri terry.palmeri@sorba.org No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of bid opening. Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept complete or partial bids, and to accept partial bids from different bidders, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the commissioners, and to waive any irregularities thereunder.
